Karl Llorca
About me
Have worked in the deaf community for over 20 years. Qualified via the Post Graduate Diploma in BSL/English Interpreting from the University of Central Lancashire in 2006. I'm also a qualified A1/A2 Assessor and have also worked as an External Examiner. I have specialisms in forensic mental health and deafness, performance work and religious interpreting however I am comfortable in most domains. Have been fortunate enough to have served on the board for the World Association of Sign Language Interpreters, the European Forum of Sign Language Interpreters and held office as National Vice Chair for the Association of Sign Language Interpreters. Apart from that I love my kitty Bianca and have just learnt to knit.
